We only take credit cards, debit cards or apple pay.

You can bring 1 extra person for moral support. Any extra people either will have to wait in the waiting area or outside.

Industry standard is about 20%, but tips are not expected or required. You can tip with card, cash or by venmo - you can check with your artist which they prefer.

The deposit holds your spot and goes towards your final cost. Deposits are norefundable.

You can reschedule and cancel through the link in your confirmation email. If you need to reschedule and don’t see any open spots - shoot us an email so that we can help you. You must be able to reschedule within 3 months of your original appointment date.

All of our appointments are booked back to back, so if you are late it will cut into your time and we might not have time to finish the tattoo you are wanting. If you are 15+ minutes late without a text or email, your appointment will be cancelled.
